Fee

To ensure the smooth operation of the publication process, maintain editorial standards, and support the long-term open-access availability of published articles, Ramooz-e-Tahqeeq applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts. This fee contributes directly to maintaining the journal’s quality and accessibility for the academic community.

APC Amount:

PKR 4,000 per accepted manuscript.

When to Pay:

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has successfully passed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication.
No fees are charged during submission or initial review stages.

What the APC Covers:

The Article Processing Charge supports the following essential publishing services:

  • Editorial Handling and Peer Review Coordination
    Management of submissions, reviewer assignments, and editorial decisions.

  • DOI Registration and Indexing
    Assigning Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) and ensuring indexing in recognized academic databases.

  • Open Access Hosting and Long-Term Archiving
    Permanent and unrestricted online access to published articles.

  • Copyediting, Formatting, and Proofreading
    Ensuring high-quality presentation, language clarity, and publication-ready formatting.

Waivers and Discounts:

Ramooz-e-Tahqeeq is committed to supporting equitable access to publishing opportunities.

  • APC waivers or discounts may be granted in special circumstances, such as for students, early-career researchers, or authors facing financial hardship.

  • Decisions regarding waivers are made at the discretion of the Editorial Board and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

No Submission Fee:

The journal does not charge any fee at the submission stage.
Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts free of cost, with payment only required after acceptance.
