Social justice movements have played a pivotal role in shaping the socio-political landscape of South Asia. This article explores the historical evolution of these movements, from the colonial era to the present day. The study highlights the intersection of caste, gender, and ethnicity in these struggles and examines the impact of these movements on legislative and societal changes in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. Additionally, the article critically analyzes contemporary social justice challenges, such as income inequality, labor rights, and discrimination against marginalized communities. By employing both historical and contemporary lenses, this research offers valuable insights into the complexities of social justice advocacy in South Asia and its ongoing struggle for equity.
